1. About us

This online store is operated by CTM E COM LLC, doing business as Skyhalo, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products

We sell automatic folding umbrellas and related accessories. We do our best to show products accurately; colors may vary slightly from the photos depending on your screen.

4. Safe use

  • Point the umbrella away from your face and from other people before pressing the automatic button.
  • Do not use the umbrella during thunderstorms with lightning, in extreme winds or storms.
  • Do not force the frame or ribs, and let the umbrella dry open before storing it.
  • Keep out of reach of young children.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Offers

Bundle and multi-buy offers apply only while shown on the Site, as described on the product page.

7. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, stock issues or an address we can't ship to. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times and our 30-Day Skyhalo Guarantee are described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Site content (texts, images, logo, design) belongs to Skyhalo or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by misuse of the product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under applicable consumer laws (including EU and UK consumer law, the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies.
