Return & Refund Policy

We want your Skyhalo umbrella to be the last one you need to buy. If something is not right, we will make it right.

30-Day Skyhalo Guarantee

If your umbrella arrives damaged, has a defect, or the automatic button, frame or ring handle stops working in normal use within 30 days of delivery, email us at support@getskyhalo.com with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full, and you do not need to send anything back.

Normal use means everyday rain, wind and sun. Like any umbrella, Skyhalo is not designed for storms, extreme winds or misuse (for example forcing the frame or opening it against the wind), and damage caused this way is not covered.

Change of mind

You can return an unused umbrella in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Please contact us first at support@getskyhalo.com and we will send you the return instructions and address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item was faulty or we made a mistake. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be processed.

Wrong or missing item

If you received the wrong color or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will send the right item at no cost to you.

How refunds work

Once your refund is approved (or your return is received, for change-of-mind returns), we send it to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.

Your legal rights

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason; our 30-day window includes this right. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, including the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act.
